Durga Bai Vyam is among the most celebrated Pardhan Gond artists working today. Born into the Gond tribal community in Madhya Pradesh, she learned to paint from her husband Ram Singh Urveti and quickly developed her own distinctive dot-and-dash technique. Her intricate compositions weave mythology, nature, and daily village life into layered visual narratives.
